De controller wordt gebruikt om apparaten met drietraps ventilatormotoren te bedienen. Het heeft een drietraps snelheidsregeling, en de ingebouwde thermostaat zorgt ervoor dat het apparaat uitschakelt zodra de ingestelde temperatuur is bereikt. Daarnaast bestuurt de controller de werking van actuatoren die op de regelklep zijn geïnstalleerd. Het is mogelijk om zowel in verwarmings- als in koelmodus te werken.
